WARNING: DO NOT USE IHLA VERDE IN FLORES, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY!Over all the car was old (Renault Clio) and in a very bad condition. Probably just out of the winter storage, not clean and in bad need of service and maintenance:- outside of car not clean covered in spider webbing and hay- the fabric of the car seats was stained and on the driver seat worn-out- damp smell in the car and water on the floor in the back seat- when starting the car the windscreen wipers going fanatically up and down 1cm for several minutes - windscreen wipers blades dried out and streaking while making noise moving up and down- rear drum brakes rusted making a constant loud squeaking and grinding noise, had to drive with windows closed due to the noise, people in the street were looking at the car when driving past- fuel gauge not working properly Tanked 42liters in 330KM car indication usage of 9L:100KM, so 10-15 liters must have been missing Gauge initially indicating full (while missing 10-15 liters), after refueling (full tank) stuck at 3/4 After initially complaining about some obvious points when collecting the car, the explained they did not have any other cars available. I'm the most upset about the bad service due to the fact it was impossible not to be aware of the braking issues while they brought the car from the storage to the airport. So the intentionally rented out a car in a bad condition, and making it clear from the start that complaining was of no use.
Dreadful service. Although we had booked the car 3 months in advance, we had no car available at the airport. The personnel was disrespectful and did not seem to be willing to find a solution. They even offered us to pay MORE for the same kind of vehicle. I definitely do not recommend this car rental company.
Overall it was a good experience. Would rent here again.
Tanto Europcar como Avis lo coordina sta empresa. Llegamos al aeropuerto y slo haba una persona para atender todas las reservas de las dos compaas. Tardaron dos horas en darnos nuestro coche.
